Basic treatment and construction method of fireproof coating (solvent) for indoor expanded steel structure

1. The dust, oil and floating rust on the surface of the coated material should be cleaned before use, and the metal components should be treated with rust prevention.

2. Stir the paint thoroughly, and dilute it with special thinner if it feels too thick.

3. Brush and spray can be used during construction, brush (spray) once every 4 to 8 hours, and brush (spray) after the coating surface is dry.

4. Each coating thickness <0.5mm

· Fire performance: in line with GB14907-2018 "Steel structure fire retardant coating" standard.

· The coating is suitable for storage in the environment above 0℃, and the storage period is six months.

· Packaging and transportation should be anti-freezing and anti-impact.
