Product Characteristics
- This coating featuring small dry density, no cracking, no hollow, controllable curing speed and beautiful coats is applicable to indoor supporting steel structures.
- It is applicable to fire protection of indoor structural buildings such as workshops, warehouses, stadiums, stations, terminal buildings, petrochemical, large buildings, etc. The refractory limit can be up to over 30 h.
- It can absorb sound and reduce noise.
Product information
Basic Compositions :
This coating is a new type of gypsum-based non-expansive fire-resistant coating that uses gypsum as the binding material. It is made from desulfurized gypsum, refractory fiber, refractory and thermal preserving material as well as inflammable and fireproof additive.
Base treatment and construction method:
1. The user can mix materials, turn on or turn off the spraying gun’s air supply valve, move the spraying gun, open the curing agent pump and prepare to spray.
2. The spraying gun is 30-50 cm from the structural member. The nozzle is basically vertical to the base material surface. The moving direction of the spraying gun is parallel to the surface of the base material.
3. In the case of external corner of the structural member to be coated, spraying should be performed from the upper end to the lower end or from the left to the right by being vertical to the base material surface first, and then horizontal spraying should be performed; in the case of internal corner of the structural member to be coated, spraying should be performed on one side top down by being vertical to the base material surface, and then horizontal spraying should be performed.
4. In the case of vertical spraying, the top of the nozzle should be far from the top; when spraying the beam bottom, the inclination of the spraying gun should not be too large.
5. Spraying should be performed continuously, until the designed thickness is realized. A smooth surface can be achieved through troweling when needed.
6. During construction, the operator should use a thickness meter to measure the coating thickness. Coating should not be ceased, until requirements are met.
Note: if coating is not bound, it may be because the water for mixing is too much, or the thickness is not controlled properly, or the base layer is not cleaned up.Performance indicators

Storage and Transportation
- This coating should be stored under 5℃. The shelf life is six months.
- Anti-freeze and anti-collision measures should be taken for packaging and transportation.
