Product Characteristics

• In fire, it can generate even and dense sponge foam thermal insulating coating. Its fire-resistant performance is extraordinary. 
• The coat is of good adhesion as well as excellent dampness, heat and water resistance performance. 
• Multiple colors can be realized, achieving good decoration effect. 
• It is applicable to the fire-retardant layer of timberwork. 

Product information

Basic Compositions ：

The base material is 707# emulsion. The fire retardant consists of ammonium polyphosphate, melamine, pentaerythritol, pigment and filler as well as water. 

Base treatment and construction method： 

1. Brushing or spraying is applicable. The relative humidity should be no higher than 70%. The next time of coating should be performed after the surface is dry. The coating should be fully stirred before use. 
2. If it is too thick, it can be diluted by using our company’s supporting diluent. 
3. Flammable base material: usually 2~3 times of coating is performed to realize the dosage of every square meter. 

Performance indicators 

• Fireproof performance: conform to GB14907-2018 Fire-resistant Coating for Steel Structure 

Storage and Transportation 

• This coating should be stored under 5℃. The shelf life is six months. 
• Anti-freeze and anti-collision measures should be taken for packaging and transportation.
