Product information

Basic Compositions ：

Polyphosphoric acid, melamine, pentaerythritol, chlorcosane, refractory fiber, etc.

Binder ：

Acrylic emulsion and polyvinyl acetate emulsion do not contain volatile hazardous substances such as asbestos, formaldehyde, benzene, etc. 

Base treatment and construction method： 

1. Construction should be performed in the form of spraying. Dead-weight spraying gun should be used. The pressure of the air pump for spraying should be 0.4-0.6 Mpa. 
2. Pay attention to the consistency of the paint.  It is appropriate when there is no flow of coating during spraying. 
3. Spraying should be performed for 2-3 times according to the refractory grade. The second time of spraying should be performed after the coat is basically cured. It is suggested that the last time of coating should be flat through troweling to facilitate construction of the finishing coat. 
4. Finishing coat construction 

• After the base fire-resistant coat is basically dry, finishing coat construction can be performed. Supporting finishing coating should be adopted, and the water content of the base layer should <10%. If there is a special need for solvent-based finishing coating, the water content of the base layer should ≤8%. 
• The finishing coating can be brushed, rolled or sprayed. 
• Usually, two times of finishing coat construction should be performed, and the coat should be completely cured.

• Fireproof performance: conform to GB14907-2018 Fire-resistant Coating for Steel Structure 

Storage and Transportation 

• This coating should be stored under 5℃. The shelf life is six months. 
• Anti-freeze and anti-collision measures should be taken for packaging and transportation.
