Product Characteristics

Product information

Basic Compositions ：
Ammonium polyphosphate, melamine, pentaerythritol, chlorcosane, titanium dioxide 

Binder ：
Acrylic resin, amino resin and do not contain volatile hazardous substances such as asbestos, formaldehyde, benzene, etc. 

Base treatment and construction method 
1. Before use, the dust, oil stains and rust on the surface of objects to be coated should be cleaned up, and anti-rust treatment should be applied to metal structural members. 
2. The coating should be completely stirred. If it is too thick, dedicated thinner may be added for dilution. 

3. Both brushing and spraying are applicable during construction. Brushing (spraying) should be performed once every other 4-8 h. The next time of brushing (coating) should be performed after the coat surface is dry. 
4. The thickness of each coat <0.5 mm. 

Performance indicators 

• Fireproof performance: conform to GB14907-2018 Fire-resistant Coating for Steel Structure 

Storage and Transportation 

• This coating should be stored under 5℃. The shelf life is six months. 
• Anti-freeze and anti-collision measures should be taken for packaging and transportation.
