Product Characteristics
- Outdoor non-expansive fire-resistant coating for steel structure is domestic pioneering fire-resistant coating for outdoor construction. Its technical performance is superior to the requirements for WH type in GB14907-2018 standard.

It is China first people-oriented, green and environment-friendly fire-resistant coating product that has passed China Environmental Labeling Product Certification; it is characterized by early operation time, mature technique, advanced technology, reasonable formula, extraordinary weather-proof performance and fire-resistant performance; it is widely applied to fire protection of steams and columns of open steel structure framework at railway stations and petrochemical enterprises, fire protection and thermal preservation of steel pipes, and fire protection treatment of indoor steel structures.
Product information
Basic Compositions :
It is made from composite materials such as expanded vermiculite, high-strength binder, polypropylene fiber, heat-resistant material, thermal insulation material additive, etc. It does not contain volatile hazardous substances such as asbestos, formaldehyde, benzene, etc.
Base treatment and construction method
1. 3% supporting binder for fire-resistant coating and appropriate amount of water should be added for full mixing in construction of the first layer of fire-resistant coating. Spraying should be adopted. The coat thickness is usually smaller than 5 mm.
2. Spraying should be performed after 70%-80% of the first layer of fire-resistant coating is dry (about 24 h later): if the base layer is relatively dry, it should be wetted by spraying water before construction of the second layer of coat. From the second layer, the construction thickness of each layer should be 8-10 mm, until the designed thickness for fire protection is realized. Spraying or brushing is applicable in construction.
3. During inter-layer construction, the fire-resistant coating surface should not be smooth, roughing should be performed to facilitate adhesion of the two adjacent layers.
4. 30-45° groove should be applied to fire-resistant coating during construction of equipment skirt and steel structure top. After coating is dry, the top of the groove must be sealed with outdoor sealant.Performance indicators

Storage and Transportation
- It should be stored in dry, ventilated warehouse above 5℃, in case of direct exposure to sunlight. The shelf life is six months.
- Anti-rain and anti-dampness measures should be taken for packing, storage and transportation.
